You’ve done the “work” — your coaching or service-based offer is legit. You’ve got the calls. The curriculum. The client wins.
But still… crickets.
No sales. No DMs. Just vibes.
If that’s you, I want you to know this: your offer isn’t the problem. The positioning is.
In this post, I’ll show you how to position your offer to sell out without changing your price, deliverables, or needing to add 14 new bonuses. We’re ditching the fluff and finally getting seen (and paid) for the real transformation you offer.
Offer positioning is how you describe, frame, and present your offer in a way that makes it feel like the only and obvious choice for your ideal client.
It’s not about throwing in more calls or lowering the price, it’s about showing someone why this offer matters to them right now.
When your offer isn’t positioned well, people scroll past, say “this sounds cute” and keep moving. When your offer is positioned well, people click, DM, and buy – because they clearly see how it solves a problem they care about.
Here’s what most entrepreneurs (especially moms like us) get wrong:
Let’s say your offer includes a workbook, weekly calls, and access to a private community.
Cute. But your buyer is asking:
“What does that do for me?”
If you want to position your offer to sell out, you have to go from: Deliverables → Desires
Let’s fix this in 3 simple steps:
Start with the end. What life change happens when someone finishes your offer?
✅ Instead of: “12-week coaching program with Voxer support”
✨ Say: “Finally land consistent clients without cold pitching in just 5 hours a week.”
You can still explain what’s inside… after you’ve made it clear what they’re getting.
Positioning isn’t about sounding smart, it’s about being understood.
Your potential buyer is overwhelmed, tired, and time-starved. They don’t want “frameworks.” They want peace, progress, and results.
Use their language. Reflect back what they’re saying.
✅ “You’re doing all the right things but still not getting sales. Let’s fix that.”
Everything else is supporting cast.
Instead of highlighting your process, highlight what it unlocks.
Examples:
You’re not selling coaching. You’re selling confidence, momentum, and results.
Most people hide their transformation in the fine print.
They say all the “right things” but the actual outcome is buried at the bottom of the page. That’s a conversion killer.
If someone has to think about what they’re going to get… they’re out.
Instead, say it plainly, early, and often.
Don’t lead with what they’ll do.
Lead with who they’ll become.
