Take part in an amazing all-inclusive experience in the charming & historic city of Cartagena, Colombia and relax and be restored with (and by) other like minded mamas who are building big companies.
The MamaCEO Experience is all about resting and refreshing our spirits with some (well deserved) self-care and self-love while also engaging in life transforming conversations around your life and the future of your business.
We will reside in a beautiful and luxe designed home (that will be perfect for photos), enjoying delicious meals by a private chef and experiencing local foods, masterminding and workshopping, practicing self care, exploring the city and the ocean, community, a sense of clarity, and much more!

This experience is VIP day meets community meets retreat. You’re getting three experiences all in one. Here’s what happens:
- 90 min VIP session prior to the retreat
- 3 Nights of Accommodations (private or shared room)
- Airport transfer (to and from the villa)
- Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, & Dinner each day
- Two full days of activities, workshops, and masterminding
- Group Photoshoot (you will have the opportunity to also have solo content created)

YEP! Bring her boo! If you guys want to share a room you both can attend for $2500 each (November Pricing)!
Our max is 7! The goal is 6 but if you wanna bring a biz bestie then we may have a couple extra ladies. The point is for this to be very intimate.
This retreat will give you the opportunity to take a step back from your day to day routine and reconnect with yourself and recharge. By the end of this retreat you will feel well rested and taken care of. This experience is designed to allow YOU to be TAKEN CARE OF; instead of you always having to cater to the needs of others. This experience is also for you to take some time to reflect and think about what’s next for you in your business and how you want things to look going forward. You’ll leave with clarity and actionable next steps to help you reach your next significant milestone and then you’ll have 30 days of voxer access to continue to be supported as you navigate getting back to your normal routine and creating a profitable business and aligned life.
YUP! You can pay in full or you can pay in 3 monthly installments.

Of course! I’m a superrrrr planner – but mom life has taught me to expect the unexpected and leave some white space on the calendar. There are activites and workshops planned for each day. There will also be time for breaks where you can go to the beach or take a well deserved nap (which is what I’ll likely be doing).
You’ll receive an official timeline closer to the retreat date.

I understand that life happens. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this experience and all of the planning and expenses associated with it, all payments are non-refundable. You can, however, choose to transfer/sell your ticket to someone else on your own. Just let me know if you do!
And because you’re my boo we can work out a 1:1 coaching experience to make up for you not being able to attend in person!

You will only be responsible for your transportation to and from Cartagena.
Once you get here – I gotchuuuu!
If you choose to deviate from the schedule that is planned for us, you will be responsible for any costs incurred there.
Otherwise, expect all of your main meals covered, snacks and drinks, and travel to and from our shenanigans outside of the house to be included as well as anything that you see on the schedule.

I’ll send a packing list as the retreat gets closer as well as work with you to create a little mood board so we can be all cute together but a couple of things right off-hand:
- Camera (phone or a vlog camera to document bts)
- Swimsuit & sunscreen (it’s not gonna be THAT hot but it’ll make for some cute pictures)
- Sundress (because… pictures haha)
- A nice little dinner outfit
- any medications you may need
- a laptop (or some device for notes)
- and outfits for your photoshoot
