Milestone 1:1 Calls

4- 75 minute 1:1 calls to strategize and be coached by Kay (one per quarter). This level of mentorship Is led by you and your unique business needs. Building a business isn’t a one size fits all process and you have the flexibility to get the support you need as you need it to plan and strategize for your company.

S.O.S Calls

8- 30 minute 1:1 “emergency” calls to be used during our time together. If you want to use an S.O.S call we have a 48 hour response time and are often-times able to get on a call with you same day!

These are usually audio only but we can do video depending on scheduling.

Quarterly BTS Sessions

Each quarter you will have the chance to vote on what part of my business you want to take a look into.

You will get an over my shoulder view on MY process on HOW I do things and my thoughts around them: launches, multiple five figure clients, curriculum, frameworks, hiring, firing, etc.

Quarterly Sustainability Calls

Each quarter one call will be dedicated to: systems, tech, hiring, self care, lifestyle, and/or productivity to support you in SCALING without working more than 20 hours/week (2-3 hours/day). As a group you will vote on a topic for us to deep dive into as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOW LONG IS THE MASTERMIND AND WHEN ARE CALLS?

This is a rolling 12 month mastermind. The next start date for is January 2, 2023.

The price will likely increase between groups.

Calls will be held on an agreed day and time each week based on a group vote – usually they fall on Sunday afternoons, Tuesday’s or Thursday’s.

Calls will be roughly 60 to 90 minutes and will be bi-weekly.

What are the requirements?

You must have made at least $50K in the last 12 months in your service based or coaching business.

You must also have a proven offer (an offer you have sold with at least 5 reviews or that you’re able to get 5 reviews if you ask).

How many people will be in the mastermind?

This is an intimate space. At most 20 women will be in the mastermind.

The most important thing to me is the culture and community of the group. I will not add people to the group who I don’t feel could genuinely be friends and supportive of others.

We are going to be spending a lot of time together sharing our lives and businesses and this space will be SAFE for everyone inside.

Are there payment plans?

The price of the mastermind is $12,000 with two payment plans:

two payments of $6,000 (payment 1 due upon joining and payment 2 due 180 days later)
6 payments of $1000

That being said, if you have read this far and want to join but you just need a little more wiggle room – I got you boo, just ask me!

Will there be another round for me to join?

Probably! I love masterminds and I find that anyone that has gone through one of my masterminds has had a POWERFUL transformation.

That being said, there is 0% chance that the price will ever be this low again. So you’re taking a huge risk by not at least applying and talking things through.

Bottom line, I am ALWAYS here for you but I don’t want you to miss out on a great opportunity due to fear of the unknown.

I'm new in my business, is this a good program for me?

No. This is for SCALING or SUSTAINING ($20k+/mo) service providers and coaches. If you’re new in business a better fit will likely be the Moms Do Business Different Program & Accelerator

Inside BCEO you learn how to market, sell, and sign 4 and five figure clients. If you are not yet making $50K and confident in your sales I recommend BCEO first.

You also may find the $CHMONEY Membership a better space as well. Inside $CHMONEY you receive tools and tactics to help you execute a high converting marketing strategy so you can make more sales.

However, feel free to send me a DM to chat and see if the mastermind could be a good fit for you.

To be a good fit you need to have made at least $50K in the last 12 months and have a proven offer.

I don't have a ton of time... What happens if I cant show up?

I’ma be honest and say this. Don’t join if you already know you won’t create the time to show up.

Each week we will have a call of some sort. You don’t have to come to every call but at least plan to attend 1 out of the 2-3 calls each month.

Also be willing to engage in the group voxer and support one another. If you can’t do that then this isn’t the place for you. Consider 1:1 CEO Coaching.

Investment without implementation is a waste. If you’re not able to show up – don’t spend your hard earned coins.

Here’s what I will say, don’t allow being “busy” to keep you from creating a business that is simplified and growing exponentially.

90% of women that join this space are moms, wives, and running successful businesses and still find time. You can use it as an excuse or a reason to show up for yourself. It’s all up to you.

How much 1:1 support do I get?

You have 1:1 access to me (Kay) via voxer (a voice and text messaging app) M-F. There are four milestone calls (one per quarter) during the program that are 1:1 calls.

You also will have access to S.O.S calls throughout the experience.

The total number of 1:1 calls is 12 so in theory you can hop on a call with me in one way or another each month! 🙂

What's the course portal and virtual event like?
