- What expanded my responsibility?
- What increased my margin?
- Which one did I reward?
If you keep rewarding expansion, you’ll keep building a business that takes more and more from you—until you’re stuck making more money but have less freedom in business.
But if you reward margin, delegation, systems, and simplicity, you start building something that can scale without stealing your life.
