But ultimately we are here to hold space for you and create connections between mamas!

Our philosophy is “Moms do Business Different.”

That being said, we are allowing you to customize many aspects of your experience. You get to choose your own workshops and other immersive experiences during the conference.

This is also a boutique experience! We are capping the number of attendees to keep it intimate!

Check-In

Arrive at NOT bright and early (IYKYK) and check in. Grab some food, find your room, and get ready for dinner. Make sure you smile (or hug) somebody on your way to your room.

Welcome Dinner

Opening Ceremony with Kay Hillman and a delicious dinner to start us off right! We will set our intentions and take some time to get to know one another over a hot plate that we don't have to share with our kids.

Main Stage Keynote

Our keynotes will keynote and then you'll have time to reflect and implement. Keynotes will be interactive and workshop style so bring a notebook, pen, laptop, and anything else you use to work. This isn't just inspiration but also IMPLEMENTATION.

Moms Night In

Closing out the day with some good ole girl talk and a fun event to bond or... go to bed mama you deserve the rest!

Cus a girl has got to eat and you probably need a break so feel free to grab lunch and head to your room for a break!

Two workshops where you can dive deep

Closing out the day with your choice of workshops in small groups and a final keynote to finish the day off strong

Small group hot seat sessions

Break out into 3 groups and get hot seat coaching and support

Dinner

It's been a long day but before you go - sit and enjoy a delicious dinner and fellowship with your new besties.

Night Cap

Without the alcohol but a whole lot of fellowship and just good vibes. Or girllll go to bedddd! You'll be back with the kids soon!

Kay Hillman!

Hey Boo Heyyyy! I’m Kay and I’m a mom of 2, wife of 7 years, and your marketing and sales strategist & CEO coach. I also run a photography studio. #multipassionateshawty

I’m super excited to host this conference, it’s been a long time coming and I’m ready to bring some women together to really show out and grow to the next level together.

The nearest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport  (Code: AUS)

If you’re flying in, my team and I will coordinate your transportation to and from the airport!

As we get closer to the conference I will send out a form to get your travel details and we will get you situated.

The retreat center is roughly an hour away from the Austin airport. I highly recommend arriving between 10a and 3p
